Week end guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Murano were Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Mur ano and family of Artesia, Colo. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bentley received word this week from their son, A. D. Bentley, who is in the navy air corp and presently pres-ently taking fundamental training train-ing in electronics and radio that Mr. and Mrs. Vern Lipsey havei received word from their son, j 1 Don, of his safe arrival back at !hLs base, Ft. Bragg, N. Car., following fol-lowing his recent furlough here. House guests of Mr. and Mrs. S. T. Nerdin are their daughter and son in law, Mr. and Mrs. Orson Downard of San Francisco Fran-cisco Calif. Kathy Dee Thomas returned ; home Tuesday from a week's i visit at West Jordan with her i uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Gust and children. Mrs. Elmo A. Nelson and children chil-dren returned Wednesday night of last week from a ten days' visit with her parents, Mayor and Mrs. Homer P. Kdwards and other relatives of Roosevelt. ! LOCAL NOTES George It. WelLs and son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wells and family left yesterday, Thursday, to spend ten days at Seattle, Wash., visiting with Mr.J and Mrs. Howard Swain and daughter.
