Show Rodeo Plans Complete for This We Weekend kend The Grand Valley Riders of ot Moab announced this week that final plans had been completed for tor the staging of the annual Junior Junio Rodeo which will be held October 3 and 4 at the club arena south of ot Moab on th tha river road The king for this years year's event will be Jerry Witt and Trudy Eslick was named to reign as queen for tor the two-day two ties Club directors will have full tull jurisdiction over all events vents which will see twelve events being be big ing staged with nine events coming up on Sunday There will be a parade fo for both days with the Saturday parade beginning at 10 to a. a m. m and to get under way at 1230 p. p m. m on Sunday There will be drills on both oth days with clubs from District 6 competing for tor top honors I Trophies and ribbons will beI be awarded for each event 4 places pees pe- pe I es and an around all trophy will go to the winning cowboy and cowgirl Price Frice of admission has bas been becu set at for adults and 50 cents for students with all children childrel under 8 years of age being admitted free tree I Coro Competition i In this tiis show 1 Is I limited to I District 6 club mem bers era with all members Invited to participate The Tho Annual AMual Junior Rodeo Is sponsored by the Grand Valle Valley Riders Helen Motley director |
