V Anderson and Clint Sly County Attorney Mitchell l 1 Interrogated witnesses of or the accident and those who Investigated the Ithe facts Witnesses examined were Don Cowger of or Cisco driver of a al gravel truck which Mr Allred had supervised unloading Just before being struck by a passIng passIng passing pass- pass Ing car Deputy Sheriff George Burck who with Robert Robert nobert Ro Ro- bert J. J Reid investigated the ac accident so- so soon after it occurred Trooper lLyle Hyatt of the highway highway high high- way patrol who with Trooper Joe Arnold also Investigated the circumstances surrounding the accident and Dick Mitchell Price undertaker who described the Injuries suffered by the traffic traffic traffic fic victim A. A W W. Buchanan a It passenger in the car which struck Mr Allred also testified William A.
