Show Home Economic Club Gives Demonstration Luncheon Tho Homo Economics club met In tho High School building Monduy night. Each member was entitled to bring one person with them. Tho rplnclpal feature of tho evening even-ing was the demonstration of how to successfully bono u bollod ham, which was shown by Mrs. E. R. Halll-day. Halll-day. Tho cost ot ham. Tho weight of ham before boiling nnd nfterward, to show tho shrlnkago nftor cooking, wore principal features. Tho cost of each prepared article relative to tho snmo materials bought ready to cook, wore discussed. Everything served at the luncheon, which followed, fol-lowed, was prepared by tho members. Tho luncheon menu was as follows: fol-lows: Boiled ham sandwiches, brown and white bread, coffe or cocoa, cako and Ico cream. About forty peoplo wero present, games wero pluycd and a good time hnd by oil. Tho club meets every two wooks, on Monday night.
