Show STREET LIGHTS IN ABE ORDERED REDUCED owing to insufficient revenues the board of town trustees monday evening instructed the utah power light company to reduce the number of street lights in moab from 37 to 21 for the past three years half the revenues have gone to pay for street lights with the result that the town has been unable to do any street improvement pro work the town will continue to pay for 21 lights which will cost per year it Is possible that the business houses will pay for other lights on main street E P helm district superintendent of the utah power light attended the meeting and entered into a new street lighting contract with the town an application from C A mcleod for operating a pool hall at moab was tabled until the next meeting present at the meeting were president H S rutledge trustees R J pletcher W R mcconkle and geo A newell attorney C A robertson and clerk L L taylor frank graham member of the incoming board of trustees also attended |
