Show DEATH SUMMONS MRS VIOLA mccoy SUCCUMBS TO INFLUENZA SURVIVED BY HUSBAND AND ha CHILDREN moab people were saddened sunday when it became known that mrs viola mccoy young wife of frank mccoy and daughter of mr and mrs joseph M titus had died following a brief illness death occurred at the local hospital and resulted from an attack of intestinal influenza mrs mccoy became ill two weeks ago and was removed to the hospital where she would have the benefit of careful medical attention and nursing she failed to improve however and death came quickly funeral services were held tuesday forenoon at the L D S chapel and were largely attended by sorrow ing friends the opening prayer was offered by H W balsley th speakers were bishop V D hare mond and W R mcconkie and benediction was pronounced by george A newell the following hymns were sune ly th choir sweet hour of trayer jesus lover of my soul and though deepening trials mrs mccoy is survived by her husband two children delmer aged 4 and shelba aged 2 her parents mr and mrs joseph M ailua dl richardson cne sister mrs alij murphy of moab and tap twp brothers parker and bronson titu she was born at monticello on march 16 and would have been 20 years of ace in march she spent most of her life at and on indian creek until her marriage to frink mcco on march 28 1921 the young malad idaho soon after their marriage residing there until lat gummer when they returned to moab much of mrs mccols mccoys ufa was spent at moab and she had a hot of friends here to her death n a keen blow to the husband babies and the parents who grief stricken over her sudden TJ sing tha sincere sympathy of community is extended F W stron from salt to u wf the |
