POSTAL NOTES in connection with the general postal service we are trying to improve conditions that will ar accommodate the general public to this end we pave have placed in the lobby of the post office writing desks pens and ink etc we regret to say that this provision has been abused by boys and possibly girls by wastine wasting the ink and damaging the pens eo so that they cannot be used by the public may we ask every patron young and old to please help us maintain a better condition in the office lobby it is our desire to provide the best equipment possible for the lobby and we must have the cooperation of the public we are highly pleased with the response of the public in regard to better wrapping and teeing of parcels the improvement is this respect during the holiday season and since has his been very noticeable lets levs have the good work go on IT PAYS F M SHAFER SHAPER postmaster
