D In laying down proposed changes changeS' most of which will be reductions tp Fargo the commission said class rates from Chicago to Fargo Farga hereafter hereafter hereafter here here- after be per pel pounds pound decreasing with changes In class until they they-t become ome 59 cents per pounds for class 5 S commodities From all points east of ot Chicago to Fargo the factor of Joint rates covering cov coy ering tran transportation between Chicago Chi Chi- cago and Fargo may not be moro more than per pounds for class 1 shipments and in rates from Fargo to Montana points west of at Malta Melstone and Myers Not Kot more than miles from Fargo the rates from Fargo must be made mad equal to the rates from the Twin Cities From Omaha and Kansas City and like Ilke territory to Fargo class rates must be established ranging from 1 55 to per pounds for class 1 shipments and from rom 56 to 63 cents per pounds for class 5 shipments From all points in California Nevada Ne and Utah to Fargo class rates must be bo made Identical with those in Duluth From all eastern territory to Far go the complaint asked that rates rates In so far as a factor west of ot Chi cago was concerned should not exceed 40 per cent of the cor cor- rates to the Twin Ta This contention was sustained as were somewhat like specifications which the Fargo complaint made against rates rate from the 1 valley alley and from California H.
