Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR SALT LAKE COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH i NOTICE OF MOTION SYBLE IVANAC, Plaintiff, vs. JOSEPH M. IVANAC, Defendant. You will please take notice that the above-named pla'ntiff, on the 13th day of March, 1950, at the hour of 10 A.M., or as soon thereafter there-after as counsel can be heard, at the court toom of said court in the City & County Building, in Salt Lake City, Utah, will move the said court to modify the divorce di-vorce decree in the above-entitled action by awarding permanent perman-ent care, custody and control of the minor child, Joseph Mark Ivanac, to the plaintiff.
