Thursday night after a I brief illness Mr Patton was connected with the Homestake Mining 1 company of Lead and had been in the employ of the company for tw twenty one one nty-one year yean and and was among the oldest of the com corn pany He lie was married in Salt Lake on November 23 1893 to Miss Grace Philips daughter of Mr and Albert Albert Albert Al Al- bert F. F Philips who survives him as does a daughter and three sons one of whom is a physician in Chicago another a midshipman In the naval academy at Annapolis and another at home Mrs Philips reached Lead yesterday esterday afternoon The funeral will take place from tho thi family home in Lad rn en n Monday Mon Morl- day lay afternoon |
