stern department It is the opening gun in an active and intensive drive for peacetime continuation of the system of military training camps in which were trained thousands of active and reserve officers before and during the th war It Is the object of the Military TrainIng TrainIng TrainIng Train- Train Ing Camps association to enlist the co cooperation cooperation cooperation co- co operation of or every commissioned officer officer off Icer I- I in recruiting for hundreds of ci civIlian civilian civilian ci- ci vilian training camps in all an parts of the country Boys from 16 to 19 years of age will be recruited for the camps Training camps will be established in all parts of the nation for thirty-day thirty periods once a year Boys will be trained for reserve reserve of officers officers officers of- of un under er the supervision and di direction direction di- di of the war department All expenses for the camps will be bo borne I by the government The Tho officers of the late war will lend their moral and financial assistance in the movement t tin in cooperation with the war depart depart- ment The following letter has been sent to every former officer
