J C C. Howard a member a-member member of the board the father of the plan proposes proposes proposes pro pro- poses that the Salt Lake high school battalion adopt the course of training training training train train- ing prescribed by the secretary of war under the provisions of the recently re reo re- re enacted army increase bill bill which will make possible the detailing detailing detailing detail detail- ing of an officer from the regular army without cost to the city to act as Instructor This will not only save the tho city the salary formerly paid to Capt W.
