The Democratic Study Group of Bingham Canyon met Saturday, Satur-day, February 21 at the home of Mrs. Ada Watts of Midvale with Mrs. Joseph Watts cohostess. A delicious hot dinner was served to the following members: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Timothy, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Shafter, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Goff, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Garrett, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Pollock, Mr. and Mrs. John West and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Al-bert E. Jenkins., Following dinner din-ner a business meeting was' held after which five hundred was played. Prizes were won by Mrs. Timothy, Mrs. Garrett, and Mrs. Pollock. February 21 being the birthday of Mrs. Ada Watts, the members of the club presented her with a lovely gift. The March meeting of the group will be held March 21 at the home of Mrs. Timothy. Copperton Study Guild met Monday evening at the home of Mrs. William Ablett with Mrs. James Denver cohostess. Mrs. Choral Karlson Lowe gave an interesting and entertaining talk on interior decoration with emphasis em-phasis on color. Special guests present were Ms. Cox and Mrs. R. L. Cunliffe. Morley attended at-tended the Lions Zone E party held at Mar Vista in Tooele last Thursday evening. No. 1 Firemen and auxiliary held their monthly conjoint dinner din-ner social Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd J. Nerdin were in charge of arrangements, assisted as-sisted by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph P. Scussel, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Stillman and Mr. and Mrs. Mar-lin' Mar-lin' Schultz. A floral centerpiece and lighted tapers centered the table. Table appointments followed fol-lowed a St. Patrick's theme. A delicious dinner was enjoyed by 38.
