I ALLEGE OP WAS AS BURIED SECURING PERMIT Complaint was made to both county attorney and S. S G. G Paul city health commissioner by residents of ot lower St State te street this morning that a child born to a woman named McKellar living at South State street was summarily buried burled in the back yard without formality of permission from the board of oC health The child Is said to have been prematurely prematurely prematurely prema prema- born but to have lived for tor eighteen eighteen eight eight- een ecu hours houis after birth The physician in attendance is said to have been Dr Robinson Rob Rob- inson lie has been notified to send in particulars John 1 M.
