oboes and bassoons played a 1 prominent part while the tho tympani was 5 noticeable for its accuracy and perfect perfect per per- feet modulation This part demands much from front the tho tympani and all al that was demanded was s given The dainty handling of tho time string gen section in the final movement finale allegro molo I was exceptional which was perfectly baland balanced by the tho full orchestra in the ens ensemble at the tho close The brass section sec see tion acquitted acquited itself we well in this movement move move- ment regardless of the tho fact that a shift of players was made nece necessary sary at atthe atthe atthe the final rehearsal Spencer Clawson at Piano Spencer Clawson Jr piano was the soloist in Chopin's Chopin 5 Concerto opus 11 1 for piano with orchestral introduction OJus an and accompaniment The introduction is a powerful fe feature turo which commands the attention to the orchestra but the thc opening of the tho solo part shifts t that at attention
