C Graham and o others are discussing SSI the formation aa t of a a. stock ff company to build a symphony hall ball Those most interested in the project have discussed a site for the thai building together with the plans in a general way wayS I IThe The site which they have fixed on is 13 the property just south of oC the Independent Telephone company's building on State street south of ot First South street The property is owned by Peter Haack of ot Los Los' Angeles and has a frontage of seventy seventy- five feet teet and a depth of ot feet teet While no definite plans have been passed on as it is stated that some of ot those interested have taken the matter up with an architect who has recently returned from Europe and who has had considerable experience In the supervising of the erection of ot similar buildings The general idea so BO far discussed Is to erect a a. three-story three building adapted for tor use for tor concerts and similar entertainments together with a number of ot studios which will b be rented to musicians and other ar ar- ar- ar Those mostly interested in the project feel teel confident that they will be able to raise the necessary amount for tor the purchase pur chase of ot a a. site and the erection of ot a suitable building An expenditure of ot on the building Is contemplated
