L f fi d dollars and cents V t O An important fact to cogitate upon and which makes the proposed bond issue all the more appealing is that the indebtedness b- b e will not be charged to the owners of property abutting highways r to o be made or repaired T The le liability if for t the e present it might be known by that term will be placed against the county as a p whole with every taxpayer involved As a consequence the per per pcr i capita interest t account will be so small as to b be insignificant 1 Had the commissioners so desired the account could have ave been been een lodged against property owners who would be more dir directly t V benefited Recognizing however that it was for the good of the county in general the commission concluded that all Salt Lake fI ginty b. b t s should help elp to pay th the bill inasmuch as all 11 of the co nty 11 11 be beneficiary Therefore all Salt Lake county through its electorate l should vote Yes February 13 |
