TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW CROWD I While nothing definite was learned as to the outcome of the annual stockholders j meeting of Ohio Copper this morning, in- 1 formation from the eaat la to the effect that an Adjournment would probably be taken until all aceounte . were audited, and the lielnse Interests were placed in shape for a formal tranafer to the new crowd. The meeting waa scheduled to j take place this morning, but the auditors are Mid to hae found some matters which would have to he attended to p;r-! p;r-! sonally before his holdings would be In I shape tn be transferred wl,th a clear title. From this information It Is presumed I that the company affair are to be placed I In condition so that Helnse can make I transfer of the control, as per the plan announced some time ago. 8o many reports have -been circulated 'as to the financial condition of the com-I com-I panv that the public have been led lo believe be-lieve that a large Indebtedness had been Incurred.
