Show PROBATE ALLOWED OF MRS. EDDY'S WILL BOSTON. June 11. The will of Mr. Mary Baker O. Eddy, the founder ot the Chrtltlan Science church, was admitted ad-mitted to probate In the BuffolS county ajeabate aayet malsrday. Auoiasy General Jaraea M. Swift of Maaeachueettle Immediately Im-mediately took an appeal to the supreme court on the question of domicile. It ia the claim of the attorney general that Mrs. Eddy waa domiciled In Maa-aaehueetta Maa-aaehueetta at the time of her death, and tftat thla state Is entitled to the tax levy, the amount of which la said to be comparatively small. The action now pendlna In the supreme court involves the conveyance of two par-ccla par-ccla of real eatate from trustees of Mrs. Kddy's property to the directors of the First Church of Christ Scientist of this city.
