Th tar wa splashed upon hi face snd head, and hia riant hand waa tsrribly burned. Bally, who live at M4 Roosevelt avenue, av-enue, waa taken by fellow laborers to tbe emergency hospital, and after a temporary tempo-rary dreaarng had bean applied, waa takea to a hoeptta la th greyhound.
