The Oregon flhoct I.lne Railway company com-pany waa fined $200 for keeping aheep tn cats longer than twenty-eight hours without food and water or real. The company pleaded guilty. 1 Peler N. Nlkolopouloe entered n plea of not guilty to th -charge of selling adulterated adul-terated aalad oil and the Mount Plckl company pleaded not guilty to Belling mlabrandea mustard.
