Lester Taylor, a transient, took the role of the innocent in-nocent bystander in a row between Harry Tapnan. owner of tha United Blatea soft drink parlor; Earl Pace and Joaeph Merialso on Monday evening, Taylor received a bullet woamd, but will recover. It appears ap-pears that Pace and Merialso had a fiatie encounter outalde Tappan'a place which finally Involved the proprietor. Tappaa fired a ahot through bis front window which struck Taylor. Tappan la held In Jail pending a final disposition of ths case. .
