Show TAKES SHOT AT JUSTICE COURTS Judgments Declared Void, and Provision for Review of Them Made in Bill Introduced In-troduced Today. Another shot was taken at tbe Justice Jus-tice court this afternoon when a bill was introduced in the House of Representatives Repre-sentatives bv Bobinson relating to tho form of pleadings in the Justice courts, declaring certain judgments void and providing for a review of them. The largest number of bills that has ret been introduced in the House was brought in todav. In all nearly twenty bills were introduced, among them being be-ing bills by Harry S. Joseph to inaugurate in-augurate his ideas In the settlement of school consolidation questions. A bill introduced by Joseph calls for the establishing of a school for feeble minded. The bill outlines the government govern-ment of the school and its location. Among the other bills was the following: follow-ing: II. B. No. 126 (Critchlow) An act authorizing cities of the first class to create a fire department and a police department, maintain and control the same, providing for a board of fire and police commissioners, and defining their duties, and transferring the property prop-erty of the present fire and police and prison department in said cities over to the board of commissioners herein provided pro-vided for, and repealing all acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith.
