Ladles and Gentlemen Never before have I been . threatened by an administration, adminis-tration, or an agent, or emissary, or alleged al-leged agent or emissary of such administration, adminis-tration, under which I am employed. Slne this condition has arisen regarding the incoming administration. I hereby tender my resignation; to take effect at the end of my present term of employ-mat employ-mat t, July 1, 1907.
