Jewell, president of the railway em ploy department of tha A merle a a federation of Labor. Th beginning and ending of work shift to be so arranged a to permit of reaaonahle living arrangements by employe and their families. 4. Keasonabl rule for protection of health and safety of smployea. i. Clear and concise .definition of th work of each craft to be performed per-formed by mechanics snd helpers. FOR COMPETENCY. t.
