GEORGE Hela Seegmlller, 69-year-old St. George farmer, was near death at McGregor hospital here Monday, with a multiple skull fracture and other injuries suffered Friday evening when he was thrown from his horse and run over by a truck. Investigators reported Mr. Seegmlller Seeg-mlller was riding across the Rio Virgin bridge a mile and a half southeast of St George when the horse was frightened by an approaching ap-proaching truck, operated by Eddie Jones of St George.
