WiUsrd, founder of the union. The announcement waa made Friday by Mrs. Hoyt E. Henriques, vies president of the Utah W. C. T. U., who explained temperance day waa being observed throughout the nation Friday. It waa on February 17, 18M, that Mrs. Willard died. Mrs. Henriques said tha Utah group will send $800 to national headquarters for a research fund to obtain facta on the uss of narcotic nar-cotic in America. About 100 of tha quota hss been raised, Mrs. Henriques said.
