Show Roosevelt Gives Son Job As Agencies Coordinator WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 CT President Roosevelt set up his son and secretary. James, today as "a coordinator of the executive execu-tive work of Independent government govern-ment agencies." This description of his Job was glvsn by young Roosevelt as , heads of nearly a score of agen- cles sat down at a White Houae luncheon to receive from him an explanation of the new program. He told reporters the president hopes the plan will cut down his calling list and Increase ths efficiency effi-ciency of the executive branch. At the request of the president James said he will receive the head or acting head of each of the Independent agencies at a set time each week. All of Mondays and Tueadaya have been set asids for ths purpose and each agency head will be given a half hour appointment with young Rooaevelt Rooae-velt if desired. |
