Meanwhile, ths state supreme court had dismissed a suit by the Ogden chamber of commerce seeking seek-ing to force the building commission commis-sion to proceed with building of a 1182.000 sanitarium at Ogden. Suggested by S. D. Huffaker, deputy attorney general, use of the miners' hospital fund would create a (323,128 fund by adding the $182.-000 $182.-000 now available for a sanitarium. The miners' hospital fund, created by the enabling act of 1894, has accumulated ac-cumulated from sale of land grants. The fund is in the treasury of the land board, but Is administered by the industrial commission, charged by law with caridg for miners suffering suf-fering from diseases contracted in their work. Use of this fund is being studied by Governor Henry H. Blood as one possible source of revenue, it wa disclosed.
