Sailor blue Is used for one of tha summer prints In silk which Is medt without sleeves but with a ahouldsr cape which comes te Juet above the elbow. The cape la edged with an Inch-wide band ef white crepe de chine. Thla trimming Is further carried eut by four white bands which run from tha shoulder of th dreaa ta tba hem. Two af the bands of white crepe de chine run down the front af the dreaa and tw run down the back. Red crepe de chine I dotted In white for an afternoon ensemble eoruletlng of a tailored dree which faatena at Ihe high neck with a soft bow of ths same material.
