Show TRIO WILL FACE KIDNAPCOUNTS Court Sets Hearing August 3 Charles P. Larks, 18, of Roseville, Cal.; Douglas & McMulltn, 19, of Provo, and J. T. Hart, 10, of Rockland, Rock-land, CaL, Friday were arraigned before city judge on a charge of kidnaping. Their preliminary hearing was set for August 1 and the judge indicated indi-cated he woud appoint counsel to defend the accused men if they were unable to engage their own attorney. at-torney.
