Palmer will speak at the regular luncheon meeting of the Knight of the Round Table at the Hotel Utah. Brigadier General Carl A. Badger will address members of the Independent Inde-pendent Order of B'nal B'rtth at t p. m. Tuesday at the Jewish Community Com-munity Center, 411 East South Tem--ple street.
