Show Ball Managers to Draft Plan For Annual City Title Playoff Amateur baseball managers will decide how they will qualify the teams In the annual round robin for the elty champLonshlp Tuea-dsy Tuea-dsy night at I o'clock, when they meet wit the federation board of control In the offices of President Josh West at the City and county nuiiaing. The board af control voted last Wsak ta roeommsnd a system that will auallfy ths winner aad runner up only from each af the twa federation fed-eration leagues and ask ths independent inde-pendent division ta guallfy two af Its teams by Its own mstbod. This arrangement would put six teams In ths city series aU of them qualified by seasonal play and raejulre eaeh team ta play ths other five La the series. Both federation leagues this summer sum-mer will operate oa a split season, requiring the winners of each half to meet to settle their league titles. If different teams cop the separate halves, both would earn the right under the proposal ta go into ths round robin. If ons team wins both halves, ths twa second place clubs would have ta have a playoff to determine the seasonal runner up. The round robin Is scheduled August Au-gust ls-22.
