Merrill of Logan will rule Wednesday, April 3, on evidence evi-dence presented at a preliminary hearing held Wednesday, whether or not Peter Forsgren, 14, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Forsgren of ! Corlnne, will face a second degree murder charge for the fatal shooting shoot-ing March 3 of a playmate, Dal William Van Komen, 14. son of Mr. and Mrs. William Van Komen of Corinne. The Fongren boy assertedly ; fired the shot which killed the Van Komen youth while they were hunting rabbits. Third member of i the party was Odean Forsgren, 15, i son of Mr. and Mrs. Wltford Fors- I gren of Willard, and a cousin of i Peter.
