Show Stocks Advance on Wide Front as Traders Turn to Duycrcg NEW PARK HITS TWO-YEAR HIGH New Park, oa the SaK Lake stock exchange Wednesday, gained four poinU to reach ita highest price in two years. Opening cent higher than on Tuesday, at 17 cents, the issue climbed to 21 cents, a 4-cent gain in one session and the highest price since 21 cents was reached early in 1938. The closing price was 2H cents higher than the 1939 top price. Three other Issues made less spectacular gains. North Lily rose 2 cents at 70 cents, and Bullion and New Quincy gained cent each at 1 and S cents, respectively. respec-tively. On the down side. Mountain City Copper dropped 25 cents at 14, Tin-tic Tin-tic Standard was oil 5 cents at J3.50, Victor Consolidated dipped 1 cent to 1 cent and Rico Argentine was down H cent at 13 Vi cents. Columbus Rexsll, Condor Gold and Yankee Consolidated remained unchanged. |
