Show Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Arnold left Monday for a two-week vacation va-cation at Moab. Mrs. Joe Tibolla Sr. left last Saturday to visit relatives in Denver about 10 days. Lark Lions entertained Bingham Bing-ham Lions at a picnic Monday evening. Serving on the committee com-mittee in charge of refreshments I were William Fuhrni, R. L. Christie. Fred Lincke and Bert! Giles. Twenty-nine Lions and pai triers were served sandwiches, : punch, coffee and watermelon in the Community Hall. The baseball base-ball name, called at the end of the first inning because of rain, will be played August 3 at Lark. Jerry and Zane Dumont, Sandra San-dra Alexander and Robert and Ann Christie and Mrs R. L. Christie enjoyed Sunday afternoon after-noon at Saratoga. Mrs. Horace M Seal, Mrs. Dallas Dal-las L Draper, Beverly Seal and Joy Reading visited in Provo Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Reading entertained Joy Reading and Beverly Seal at dinner and a show last Friday at Midvale. Marva Mumford of Salt Lake City is spending this week with Mr. and Mrs. John Mumford- : lark ' : Mr, and Mrs Arnt Thompson and daughter Marjorie of Mc-Gill, Mc-Gill, Nov., are spending two weeks in Lark. Mrs. Lawrence Grabner and Mrs. Thomas Mannion and Colleen Col-leen and T. Sgt. and Mrs James Jones spent Sunday at Val Verde with Mr. and Mrs Tom Hatch. Mrs- A. P. Hemmingson and family spent Pioneer day at Liberty Li-berty park. Mrs. Harold Specht and son Billy of Fruita, Colo, arrived July 25 to visit Mr and Mrs. Clyde Gillam several weeks. Mr. and Mis. Bert Giles and family are spending the week at Luke's Hot Pots, Mr. and Mrs Hoy Wilcox and family are vacationing In Provo Canyon, Wildwood Two other Lara families enjoying the same coqI retreat for a week are Mr and Mrs. Jack Gressman and family and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mc-Carty Mc-Carty and family. Mr. and Mrs, Glayde Alexander Alexan-der had as guests Sunday Rodney Rod-ney Caywood of Bingham, Mr and Mrs. M. A. Caywood of Ri-verton, Ri-verton, formerly of Bingham, and their son Seaman 2 C Roger Caywood of Great Lakes, 111. Mrs. D. A. Thomas, who underwent un-derwent an appendectomy July lit at Bingham hospital, is reported report-ed recovering- |
