Logan Synod Set By Presbyterians LOGAN (Special) Opening session of the 1950 Presbyterian Synod of Utah will be held Tuesday Tues-day at 3 p m. at the Logan Presbyterian Pres-byterian church. Rev. Miner E. Bruner, Logan, pastor, said Monday. Mon-day. Some 150 delegates will be present pres-ent for the three-day sessions, with some representatives from California and China in addition I to the Utah church delegates. ' Principal speaker for the open- 1 ing session will be Dr. Richard Baird. San Francisco, member of the foreign missions. Also slated for the first session are election of a moderator and the reading of ; several reports. Dr. Baird's speech will come at 8 p.m. The Synod will continue through Wednesday and Thursday, Rev.. Bruner said.
