Mr. Badger waa treaaurer of the Lan-teen Lan-teen medical laboratories, Chicago, at the time of hie death. He waa a former member of the Alta club and Commercial club and Salt Lake City chamber ei eonv merce. Survivors Include his widow, Chicago: two eona and a daughter.
