Nesser headed eight men who were i sentenced to serve five days in Jail , after admitting drunkenness. It was Judge Branson's first session, but the 33-year-old Jurist handled the 1 postholiday calendar with a dispatch that belied his brief Judicial cxperi-I cxperi-I ence. I Drunkenness charges featured the calendar and of the 14 defendants who pleaded guilty, eight went to Jail for five days, one for ten days and five received auspended sentences.
