Show DEWEY WILL HOT SERVE ON BOARD WASHINGTON, Nov. 29. At a Cabinet Cabi-net meeting today the matter of appointing ap-pointing a representative of the United States to act as a member of the board of arbitration In the Dogger Bank Incident was considered. No one was selected for the board, but it was settled definitely that the appointee would be a rear-admiral of the navy. It Is practically certain that the selection will be made from among three officers Rear-Admirals Davis, Chadwick and Sands. Admiral Dewey was considered for the appointment and the desire was generally expressed that he should have It, but he has let It be understood that he does not care, for the honor. Announcement An-nouncement of an appointment may be expected in a few days. Will Entertain Governor. Gov. Heber M. Wells and staff will be the guests of the commandant at Fort Douglas Wednesday morning, when they will review the troops stationed sta-tioned at the post, following the general gen-eral muster. After the review they will be entertained at luncheon by the officers at the post.
