Show ENGINEERS ORGANIZED Next - Meeting ; of Newly Formed Association to Be Held at Boise. The State engineers, who began their session yesterday morning- in State Engineer En-gineer Dorcmus' office,-formed an organisation or-ganisation at the afternoon meeting to be known as the Association of State Engineers. A. .V. Doremus, State Engineer of Utah, was elected temporary chairman and Cla-.-ence T. Johnson, State Engineer Engi-neer of Wyoming, temporary secrtary. State Engineers Wayne Darlington of Idaho, A. E. Chandler of Nevada and E. F. Chandler of North Dakota were also present, while L. O. Carpenter of Colorado, J. W. Wade of Montana, and Adna Dobson of Nebrsska, who were expected, were unable to attend. . The entire day was spent In the discussion dis-cussion of Irrigation measures, the legislation leg-islation of the respective States on the subject and the practical application of existing laws. The next meeting of the association will be held September is at Boise, Ida.,-w Ida.,-w hen a permanent organization will be form'rt. |
