Show COLLL'iSii CLACKDURII SEOff IS TIED UP There was no carnival at the Salt Palace Thursday night, nor did the carnival car-nival people remove any of their aruff to the State fair gTounda where they are billed to exhibit next week. Owing to a difference' between Mr. Heath and I the Collins Blackburn people the latter lat-ter started to pull up stake and move to the fair grounds. This Mr. Health objected to, claiming that they owed him money which had been advanced. The Sheriffs office was appealed to and Deputies Cowan and Booth went to, the Crounds. Later In the day a warrent was sworn to charging Mr. Collins with housebreaking. house-breaking. It being alleged that he had broken Into a room and removed part . of the stuff used by Green In his ball-rolling ball-rolling act. A bond of $100 war furnished fur-nished by Mr. Collins and he was released. |
