Excitement and nervousness because she was to recite re-cite a verse from the Bible at the Christmas entertainment of a church In Brooklyn have caused the death of May Young, 10 years of age. While she and ninety-nine other fit- j tie girls were at the church rehearsing for the entertainment she stepped from the line to recite her verse and fell forward for-ward on her face, dead. Terror reigned for several minutes among the crowd of children who ran screaming from the scene, but the minister and his assistants as-sistants finally calmed them.
