Show Bishop Empey's Niece Dies Suddenly. EUREKA. Sept. 6. Mrs. Ella White, the wife of E. J. White, a Eureka business man. died very suddenly at her borne here Monday from valvular heart disease. Bhe was about the house doing her morning morn-ing work until about 9 o'clock, when she lay down upon the bed to nurse her flve-months-old baby and passed away without with-out a struggle. Mrs. White was alone In the house with the children and it was a few minutes afterwards before a physician physi-cian was summoned. Dr. Taylor was called, but could not And a spark of life in the body. A pathetic incident was the sight of the little babe sucking at Its mother's breast. The little one Is In the best of health and was smiling and cooing when taken from beside its dead mother. The deceased leaves three small children. Bhe was a niece of Bishop Empey, who died at Salt Lake Sunday. No arrangements arrange-ments have yet been made for the tu- |
