Show HORN SILVER WILL START ITS MILL i Manager Farnsworth announced last night on his return from the Horn Silver, Sil-ver, that as sufficient water had started to flow the mill at that plant will be started up today. There is only sufficient water to allow a feed of 140 tons a day to the tables and crushers. There is, however, such a quantity f milling ore which last year netted $15.47 a ton, that the mill ' - output could be made two or three times as great If enough water could be obtained. An artesian flow Is not a possibility, ns the depth of the mine which is dry precludes it. One hundred miners are engaged in taking out ore and adding to the reserves, and although work has been discontinued in the new ground to the south, that to the north still presents pre-sents an unbroken front of ore. The stockholders will draw another $20,000 dividend today. |
