WILL EHDEAYOR TO GET HEADQUARTERS ' A meeting of the delegates from Utah and Salt Lake to the American Mining congress, 'which will convene in Portland Port-land August 22, will be- held at the Commercial Club Saturday evening to diseuss Important matters in connection with securing permanent headquarters for the congress In this city. . The delegates number thirty. Including Includ-ing fifteen appointed by Gov. Wells and three named by each of the following: The Commercial club, the County Commissioners, Com-missioners, Mayor Morris, the Salt Lake Mining exchange and the Real Estate association. In case any delegates appointed cannot can-not attend it is desired that they notify the appointing authority at once that their places may be fiHed.
