Show RETURNING MINER IS AGAIN DEPORTED ' CRIPPLE CREEK. Colo., July 29, Patrick McCarvel, one of the men who were deported to the Kansas line by the military early, in June, returned to Victor, where he owns property, including includ-ing a large hall ' and business block valued at $25,000. , When McCarvel disembarked - from the train he was taken in charge by MaJ. H.'A. Naylor, acting Cfty Marshal. McCarvel was allowed to attend to some business affairs and was placed on board the first out-going train, with a warning that in future police protection protec-tion would not be afforded him should he again-return.- McCarvel was originally origi-nally deported for openly expressing sympathy with the' Miners .union, and denouncing acts of Gov. .
