Dissatisfaction Dissat-isfaction over a radical departure from the ritual and customs followed a century cen-tury ago in the election of the chief, has led to a strife at the Onondaga Indian In-dian reservation near here, which may end in the withdrawal of some of the claims from any participation in the council which is to be held to elect a successor to Chief Jacob Schenaudoah. who died last December. It is a fight between the Christians, those Indians who attend church, and the pagans, who still worship their sun god and carry out' the rituals of the heathens ef years ago. .
