OCR Text	Show Asks Heavy Damages. Haverstraw. N. T May 8. Harry B. Bullis of this place has made a formal claim for $50,000 against the Government o&. Venezuela for false Imprisonment and detention at Maracalbo. He laid the matter before the Department of State In Washington, and assumed that his case would be presented with the others that have been placed in the hands of the'fle-cial the'fle-cial agent appointed to represent the United States In effecting a settlement of American claims, but was surprised to learn that there was a question about the presentation of his claim with the others, owing to a technical objection, which will be remedied.
