Lower Mammoth pushed up to I1.47H. with the usual heavy sales, a total of 6S00 shares selling:. Star Consolidated took snother brace, selling- up to SOH cents, from 29 cents. A total of 8000 shares ofvthe stock changed hands. May Day also showed more strength, 2800 shares going at prices between 21 and 22k cents. Crltchlow A Barrette came to town from Salt Lake yesterday with Judge Marioneaux, and In the case of the Detroit Trust company against the Ophlr Mining and Milling company at Statellne obtained a Judgment by default de-fault for $104,248. a decree of foreclosure and an order of sale of the Ophlr Mining Mi-ning and Milling; company's property. DALY WEST'S DIVIDEND 01" S 108.000 PAID TODAY. The Daly West's May dividend of $108,000 .was sent out to the shareholders today, swelling the total dividends for this year up to $540,000, or $3 per share. Besides this enormous amount of profits, pro-fits, a comfortable sum has been added' to the reserve fund every month since the price of metals began to advance.
